COVID Precautions and  Cleaning Protocols

An increased emphasis on cleaning protocols including deep cleaning, and dedicated guidance to our team members to ensure every property is squeaky clean, private pools filtered and the property layout maintained. Guests can also now opt for daily cleaning on additional fees.

All properties are also sterilized and disinfected between every stay. Employees are given access to appropriate PPE equipment, face masks and sanitisers during the cleaning procedure. To make this procedure as seamless as possible, our team of housekeeping members are also directed to ensure this is done before the check-in process, to maintain a contactless journey.

Home Delivery

Our collection resides across prime areas in Dubai including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, JBR and Business Bay. Residents will, as a result, be able to navigate through the area’s multitude of F&B outlets, retail and community centres.
