We are looking for a Dubai-based Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing, dynamic, and multi-national team. The selected candidate will handle ads in different platforms and will be responsible for the strategy, management and optimization for digital campaigns designed to accelerate results and to create a positive user experience, growing website traffic, lead volume and brand awareness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Establish strategy and execution plans for digital campaigns across all of the major paid media platforms channels including: Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube), Display (Programmatic, Retargeting), SEO and more
- Own goals and performance metrics for your campaigns, monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness and areas for optimization. Responsible for weekly reporting across all live campaigns
- Reports and analytics
- Email marketing
- Pixel, tag and utm generation, implementation and quality assurance
- Keep up to date on best practices, industry trends, techniques and new announcements and support the team as a subject matter expert
- Establish, implement and oversee SEO strategy
- Take responsibility for page optimization for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
- All other related activities assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Marketing or similar field
- 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing team end to end (360 degrees)
- Experience managing large digital media budget and deploying budget across multiple advertising platforms
- Certification in Google Ads / or similar
- Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments
- Strong ability to think a bigger picture and savvy mind for Marketing
- Top-notch communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Working quickly without compromising quality
