Interior Design Coordinator

Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Assists with sourcing the furniture;
  2. Handles the filing of the documentation in a neat and professional manner;
  3. Places online orders for furnishings;
  4. Keeps track of ongoing jobs and produces reports;
  5. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager.

Criteria, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Qualifications: Degree business administration or relevant discipline
  • Knowledge: Strong IT skills: excel, word, outlooks , PowerPoint, Document filing, calendar management Experience: 2+ year in similar role in the fit out, furniture production/sales industry preferable
  • Planning and Organizing: Excellent organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and work in fast paced environment
  • Problem Solving and Initiative: Effectively Provides information to stakeholders and manages data correctly
  • Management and Teamwork: Excellent team player, collaborative and reliable
  • Communicating and Influencing: Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • Other Skills and Behaviors: English fluent working proficiency
