Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists with sourcing the furniture;
- Handles the filing of the documentation in a neat and professional manner;
- Places online orders for furnishings;
- Keeps track of ongoing jobs and produces reports;
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
Criteria, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- Qualifications: Degree business administration or relevant discipline
- Knowledge: Strong IT skills: excel, word, outlooks , PowerPoint, Document filing, calendar management Experience: 2+ year in similar role in the fit out, furniture production/sales industry preferable
- Planning and Organizing: Excellent organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and work in fast paced environment
- Problem Solving and Initiative: Effectively Provides information to stakeholders and manages data correctly
- Management and Teamwork: Excellent team player, collaborative and reliable
- Communicating and Influencing: Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Other Skills and Behaviors: English fluent working proficiency
