Communication during the guest’s stay is crucial. Most people think that communication only deals with how they respond to booking queries and requests. This is important too, but it is only the start of great communication.
To ensure that your guests return, it is key that you are available to assist your guests with any problem that might occur for the entire duration of their short stay. It could be to solve a specific issue or merely to share recommendations.
For that reason our team is always available and ready to assist for the entire duration of the guests’ stay. Our employees will from time to time enquire about the guests’ well-being and are at hand to solve whichever problem arises during their stay.

When a guests checks in, we will be there in person to help them with things such as:
how to work the intercom and buzzer
how to work the air conditioner or heater
how to work all the important appliances
where the electrical box can be found
where the garbage bins/chutes are located
where to find more pillows and towels
how to access the gym
where to park.
It is also important for us to be there in person when the guests check out. This way we can ensure that the guests enjoyed their stay. Plus, we can also attend to any problems and check if anything has been damaged.
