About the Building:
Boulevard Crescent Tower 1, Downtown Dubai is a skyscraper developed by Emaar. Boulevard Crescent 1 is connected to the other tower at the podium level where there are fitness club and other amenities. These two towers are interconnected via parks and walkways at the ground level. The tower is 9 minutes by drive going to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Business Bay Metro Station, bus stops, supermarkets, retails, and cafes are all accessible in less than 10 minutes.
