Refund and Cancellations Policy

In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email using the Contact Us form or email us at bookings@deluxehomes.ae specifying your booking details as well as provide explanation about your request.

Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all bookings made with Deluxe Holiday Homes (thru all methods/channels), unless otherwise agreed in written between the Guest and the Operator.

Refund amount and cancellation charge depend on the number of advance nights we’re notified about your cancellation (and such notification should be solely in written form) and the applicable charges are clearly shown below:

Request is received at least 30-nights prior to check-in dateRequest is received less than 30-nights prior to check-in date
Full Refund less administrative charges of AED 300 (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)100% of Total Accommodation Charge plus administrative charge of AED 300 (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)

*Please note that the Operator reserves to keep security deposit / down-payment / reservation fee / rental amount (one or all) against the cancellation charges separately or combined together, to cover full charges as shown above.

Any person booking or pre-booking a stay in any of our properties, automatically agrees to the following legal terms:

    4. Penalties & Charges (provided hard copy inside each property)
