Refund and Cancellations Policy
In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email using the Contact Us form or email us at bookings [@] deluxehomes.ae specifying your booking contract details (as specified in your Reservation Form).
Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all bookings made with Deluxe Holiday Homes (thru all methods/channels), unless otherwise agreed in written between the Guest and the Operator.
In most cases when a cancellation notice is received, we’ll try to rent your holiday home for the missed/modified period in order to cover your and our losses, however, since re-letting the holiday home is not guaranteed, thus we have a strict cancellation policy which applies to all booking contracts. Refund amount and cancellation charge depend on the number of advance nights we’re notified about your cancellation (and such notification should be solely in written form) and the applicable charges are clearly shown below:

*Please note that the Operator reserves to keep security deposit / reservation fee / rental amount (whichever amount is higher) against the cancellation charges separately or combined together, to cover full charges as shown above.
